Sangat berpuas hati layanan baik dari Doc and staff, datang ke klinik ni pun first time sebab nk tukar ubat sbb ubat dr klinik lain tak berkesan utk saya, so sy cuba ubat dari klinik Eco Medic and ubat sgt2 berkesan ya and saya beransur sihat dlm masa dua hari saja..thank you so much ya Dr Lee and staff 🙏🏻

I'm writing this to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care and advice Dr.Lee demonstrated during my recent screening. I stopped by this new clinic for a health screening service and was surprised that, it is very cozy, clean, and well equipped with modern medical tools. It’s clear that they’ve put thought into creating a welcoming environment. During my registration time, the reception staff and Dr Lee were both polite and attentive. They guided me through the process efficiently and answered my questions patiently. Despite being a new clinic and likely adjusting to their workflow, I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment, which I appreciated. Dr Lee that consulted me was professional, soft spoken, and friendly! Thank you and keep up the good work!

I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp to see if I could walk in for an appointment for a blocked ear. The response was quick and helpful - no problem for UK national to walk in. The clinic was super clean and quiet. Dr Lee saw me quickly, diagnosed and sorted out my issue straight away and prescribed appropriate meds which were available at reception. Problem sorted and back to normal very quickly with his help. I even got a follow up text a couple of days later from Dr Lee to check how I was doing! Fabulous service and highly recommend if you’re in the area with something that needs checking out.

I find Dr. Lee to be professional, courteous and friendly. I called a few clinics to enquire about a basic health check up for work purposes but many clinics did not know what I was talking about or wanted and thus, was not of help. But with Dr. Lee, the moment I spoke to him on the phone, he knew what I wanted. Was so glad! Went to the clinic and it was quickly done. Thanks Dr. Lee!

A clinic that prioritises profit over patient care. I was asked to take an influenza swab test without being told the price beforehand, and was later charged RM80 for something that costs around RM30 at a pharmacy. This lack of transparency and clear overpricing is unacceptable. More importantly, I was prescribed antibiotics even though my pharyngitis is viral (something confirmed by another doctor.) The doctor also tried to prescribe other unnecessary medications/treatments that weren’t really necessary for treating my condition. This experience gives the impression that profit was prioritised over proper medical care. I hope the clinic reviews this practice. Patients deserve honest pricing and evidence-based treatment.

Clean and well-maintained clinic with minimal waiting time. The staff were professional and polite throughout. The doctor was very consultative, took time to explain clearly, and made me feel comfortable.

A 5-star rating for Dr. Lee's patience and advice without a doubt. Unfortunately, the front desk staff on duty on 26th September 2025 morning was very rude and dismissive. When I politely leaned in and said, "Sorry?" as I couldn’t hear her question clearly through her mask, yet she ignored me and refused to repeat it. Oh and the audacity to throw a tantrum? This is a first. There were no other patients at the time, so it wasn’t a case of being overwhelmed, just a lack of basic courtesy. I’m not expecting smiles or exceptional service, just some basic manners toward patients seeking urgent medical treatment.
