The clinic staff are rude and unprofessional.They talk among themselves instead of attending to patients,and when asked questions, they respond impatiently.Very disappointing service. Dear capital "C" staff, learn how respect people ya. Thanks 😉😘

For someone who always keep my health top priority and a health freak also, in Kapit, this is the most satisfied clinic I went to, for the past 10 years in service here in Kapit, I would say this clinic is the top compared to others. Pro: The facility is upgrading so fast so good with their own x-ray room!! The doctor is very friendly and very attentively to your every needs, you just need to ask, he will always try his best attending to your need. For front staff, i understand they are not professional as in the hospital but they are medically trained and have protocols in their job. Medication dispensing time is fast and accepting various form of up to date ways of payment mode. Clinic is very clean and have tonnes of sanitizing dispenser on ever corner. Doctor is professionally trained medically and mentally to cope with 'Karens' in Kapit🤣. Cons: The building should be constantly checked but i understand that is not the clinic nor the doctor at fault.

The customer service is suck! Rather than giving the information clearly when the patient don't understand, they prefer to shaming those who is coming (and sick) and continue to talk rude. I don't think this behaviour is very good especially for someone who work as a customer service. Teach your employees and train them to talk nicely to the patient next time. Thank you.

No wonder banyak feedback cakap customer service teruk. Front Customer service staff mmg teruk gila! When your patient didn’t understand what you are saying, you should explain it nicely not raising your voice! Betul betul teruk la! Haduiii
