Receptionist was rude, said they would get back to me in a week. Have been waiting for almost a month now and still haven't got my results back yet. Made me buy medicine I did not want when I specifically asked for something else. Uprated review: 7 months after this experience, shortly after I was called back to the clinic and was finally put on the medication I wanted. Doctor was very helpful and am thankful for them.
Went to the clinic early this morning and saw a notice on the wall 'Open 29/7' but don't really quite understand what it actually means. It did occur to me that it could mean that it is close today 28/7 but a few others who look at the notice went back to their car to wait. If it is closed, just put a sign that reads 'Close Today 28/7' so that everyone who looked at it will easily understand. There was also no notice on your website stating that your clinic will be closed on 28/7 when I check yesterday & very early this morning. Please be more responsible & inform the public earlier if you intend to close on a specific date(s) so that they don't have to waste their precious time to go to your clinic only to find out that it is close or with a 'misleading' notice. 😡
The best skin clinic ever! My skin was infected by fungi (both of my upper and lower extremities! Friendly doctor and the medications that he prescribed for me worked very well! Good price worh excellent outcome!
